Streamwake joins the AWS MediaLive signal bus on the read side — a single REST POST surfaces the channel-state transitions, input-attach notifications, encoder-health metrics, motion-graphics-fault signals, and EventBridge / CloudWatch alarms MediaLive already emits, and the agents run the loop on top. MediaLive's ingest / encode / channel surface stays untouched; we close the incident that lives in the signals it already emits.
